Overview

Calipso is the only yacht in the fleet offering both naturalist and diving itineraries, making her uniquely versatile. Rebuilt in 2019, she accommodates 16 guests in eight cabins and features a dedicated dive deck alongside her sundeck jacuzzi, al-fresco dining, and full bar. Naturalist guests can choose from 5 or 8-day routes exploring the western and central islands with certified bilingual guides. Certified divers can embark on an 8-day expedition to Wolf and Darwin — home to the largest shark biomass on the planet — with up to four dives per day alongside hammerheads, whale sharks, giant mantas, and Galapagos sharks.

Afternoon
Chinese Hat (Sombrero Chino) is a small islet with lava tunnels and flows, named for its distinctive shape. Snorkel in the turquoise channel between the islet and Santiago with sea lions and reef fish.

Espinoza Point on Fernandina is the most pristine island in the archipelago. Walk among hundreds of marine iguanas on black lava rocks, spot flightless cormorants drying their wings, and observe sea lions basking along the shoreline.

Tagus Cove on Isabela is a historic anchorage used by pirates since the 1800s. Hike the trail to Darwin Lake for sweeping volcanic views, then explore the historic inscriptions left by sailors over centuries.
